FIVE GOALS DEFEAT – BUT PUFC IS STILL MARCHING ON
To make a report for Philippine United is not always easy, especially after our very first match here in the North West of England. With a brand new team set up within the last 3 weeks with mixed Filipinos and non-Filipinos as required from the Manchester FA, most of the players hardly knew each other and with only 2 trainings session behind us, we were thrown into the lions cage and our first match against ...

THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SUPPORT TO PHILIPPINE UNITED FC 2009/10
Saturday, May 22nd we finished our season with only our second loss in the league this season. This time to Hemel Hempstead 2-4 . We beat them 7-0 earlier this season at our home ground, but in this last game they fielded most of their Premier League players; not quite fair in Division Two, but it was a great challenge for us. We actually had lots of chances to win the game and even missed ...

With two games left to play, Philippine United have already gained promotion to Division 1, and this weeks game was against the gritty Harpenden Rovers, who incidentally are the oldest team in all of the West Hertfordshire league, as they were formed almost one hundred years ago, and a fine bunch of guys they are too. We beat them early on in the season 5-0 at home, so the fixture should have more or less ...

With two games still to play, Philippine United have gained promotion to Division One of the West Hertfordshire league, in their first season playing in it, which is a wonderful achievement to say the least.
